Rules & Responsibilities for All Direct Sellers

1. Join Only When Fully Satisfied

   Every person must join Ezykart only after fully understanding the business plan, company policies, and product benefits. If you are not completely satisfied, *do not join*.

2. No Pressure / No Misleading Promise

   No one should join under pressure, influence, greed, or false income promises.
   Decision must be based on *self-belief and clarity*, not on emotional or financial pressure.

3. Work is Necessary to Earn

   Income in Ezykart depends purely on your effort.
   To earn you must *sell products*, explain benefits to customers, and expand your business network. The formula is simple: *More Product Sales = More Income

4. Professional & Ethical Selling

   Explain real product benefits, genuine results, and authentic information only.
   Never exaggerate or make medical claims beyond approved guidelines.

5. Compulsory Activity Requirement

   If a direct seller does *not purchase any product for 6 months, the ID will be **blocked automatically* as per the business policy.

6. Cross-Line Poaching is Strictly Prohibited

   If you share or promote any other direct selling company’s plan or product to any person associated with Ezykart, your ID will be *immediately terminated*.

7. Dual/Multiple Direct Selling Business Not Allowed

   If you actively work in any other direct selling company at the same time, your ID may be *cancelled* without notification.

8. Follow Indian Government Direct Selling Guidelines

   All direct sellers must strictly follow the *Direct Selling Rules, 2021* issued by the *Government of India*.
   Any violation will result in disciplinary action or termination.

9. Transparency and Honesty

   Always present the business opportunity with honesty, truth, and clarity.
   Build trust, respect customers, and create long-term relationships.

10. Focus on Customer Satisfaction

    Deliver quality service, take product feedback regularly, and help customers get the best results.
